How does the sleepover/slumber party  experience work? How are the teepees cleaned?

Your enjoyment of your event is our priority. Your experience with us is designed to be hassle free. We arrive at your event location, set up, make sure that everything is set up accordingly, and let you and your guests create unforgettable memories. We then come the next day and pick up.

All bedding, air mattresses and equipment is disinfected and cleaned using hypoallergenic detergent and steamed cleaned after each use. 

How Much Space Do I Need?

The overall width of each teepee is approximately 4ft wide/5ft. tall and the air mattress are a twin size (6ft long the size of a twin bed). We generally set up the teepees next to each other or opposite of each other, depending on the space. 

You are required to move/clear the furniture so we can transform the area into an unforgettable sleepover space.   

What If I have to Cancel?

Cancellations can be done 7 days prior to your party date. The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied towards the cost of a future party based on our availability. If you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason, your deposit will not be refunded. If you need to postpone your party due to illness, weather or some other unexpected life event, Events by BM will gladly work with you to reschedule your party.

How do I Book a Party?

You can either fill out our "Contact Us" form or call us. Once Events by BM receives your request we will be in contact with you. We suggest you book your party at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. We do require a non-refundable deposit of $150 for incidental/damage fee. The incidental fee will be returned to you minus any costs (if) incurred.  

Please note if your event is held on the same weekend as a holiday. There will be an additional fee of $50.  If your party goes over the agreed time. There will be an additional $50 per hour fee. 

What is Your Rain Policy?

As always, your enjoyment of your event is our priority. In the event of unforeseeable weather conditions we will do everything possible to accommodate alternative dates.  ONLY under these circumstances is your money refunded to you if other arrangements cannot be made.

Do you Have Teepees  for Adults?

Yes! I strive to make each event amazing, unique and memorable not only for kids but for adults too. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We do require a non-refundable deposit to guarantee your date. We accept Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay (no processing fee) or PayPal (using PayPal will incur a 2.9% processing fee). Final payment needs to be received by us ONE WEEK prior to your event. 

Is there a Delivery Fee?

Yes, there is a delivery fee and the amount varies from zip code 91790. Unfortunately, due to raising gas prices we have had to increase our rates. We determine the mileage by using apps like Google Maps or Waze. Travel fee is $1.95 per mile from 91790.
